We believe that every person deserves to live with hope, justice, and dignity. Together, we can create a community where no one is left behind, and where love is expressed through practical, everyday acts of service.
When we care for our seniors, we strengthen the entire community. When we welcome newcomers, we are saying: “You are not alone. You are part of us now.”
A well-kept yard may seem like a small thing, but for many seniors it represents safety, pride, and peace of mind. Our volunteers will mow lawns, trim edges, and help maintain outdoor spaces so seniors can enjoy their homes without worry.
Starting over in a new country is already a heavy load; no one should begin that journey on a bare floor. We provide beds, tables, chairs, kitchen essentials, and warm touches that make a space feel like home — because a furnished apartment is more than furniture. It is dignity.

It is not counseling. It is not a formal service. It is simply a place where you can talk openly with someone who listens, understands, and cares. Sometimes, all a person needs is someone who will sit with them, hear their story, and remind them that their feelings are valid and their journey matters.
We are opening our doors wider than ever and inviting volunteers across Vermont, and beyond, to join us in our mission. This is more than a request for help. It is an invitation to become part of a family of service, a community of people who believe in hope, justice, and the power of simple acts of kindness.

For years, we have carried a deep passion for healthcare and for honoring people in the most vulnerable chapters of their lives. This facility will be a place where seniors are not just patients — they are honored human beings with rich histories, unique needs, and a right to live with dignity.
Every meaningful movement begins with people who are willing to show up. This is more than a request for help. It is an invitation to become part of a family of service — a community of people who believe in hope, justice, and the power of simple acts of kindness.
"Your hands, your heart, and your willingness to serve can change someone's life. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, creates a ripple of hope. Together, we can build Vermont and a world where people are cared for, welcomed, and treated with dignity."
Whether you have one hour a week or one day a month, your presence makes a difference. Our volunteers often tell us that they came to help others, but found themselves changed in the process — strengthened, encouraged, and reminded of the goodness that still exists in the world.
