Owen Caldwell, Grant Author for ELOI Ministries, is a Ph.D. student at the University of Vermont researching neurologic disorders. He applies his technical writing expertise, honed through research at Loyola University Chicago and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, to secure essential funding for ELOI’s mission.
